do we need to tuning if adding cai and exhaust?

I would like to add a aem cai and magnaflow exhaust to my 2010 accord v6 coupe 6 speed?
Does it need an ecm tune?

no you dont need one but you could benifit from it.

i'd just reset the ecu nothing more than that but if you already have any kind of software/hardware to tune - then why not
