Default Boost question for D15B8

I just bought a 95 Civic hatchback CX with a D15B8 in it. I know next to nothing about this engine besides the fact it's a D series, and I want to get some more power out of it through a turbo but I don't know how much the engine can take or what PSI I should use. I know it'll cost a lot for little power gain but I have plans to just use the turbo on something else once I swap the engine with a D16

Use it for MPGs to save money for the next swap.
