Default AIR/fuel problem (crome tuning)

Hi, I have the following problem with AIr / fuel.
I measured it with oxygen after 4000rpm 12,3-4 a/f after 7500rpm 11.9 a/f .
Then they set up 13 a/f after 4000rpm the car was bad.
Why is that?
In ignition or problem?
Engine is OBd1 NA b18c1

Your post doesn't make much sense to me.

So what your saying is the car made less power when it was leaned out to 13.0:1 a/f ratio?

Sounds like he might mean it's breaking up after 4k.

I'm getting better results with 12.3 A/f - 11.9A/f than with 13 A/f. What is the ignition's influence and what adjustments shall I make.

Your wideband maybe fubar. Check your tune with another wideband y0
