aem 5bar map sensor, maybe broken? please help!!!!!

aem 5bar map sensor, maybe broken? please help!!!!!
hi all
ive got a civic eg turbo running 600bhp in the uk
had the car mapped and had it back for a couple of weeks now been fine but its started going rich from start up then last nite stopped running and wont idle
ive pinned it to being the map sensor its a 5bar aem
on ignition on its reading 0 in the parameters of map load and when i put my foot down on gas it gets higher till its reading max reading of the map sensor
so iam guessing map is broke????
also i now no its wrong to mount on the engine but this is how i have had it!
is this my problem before i go and buy a new map sensor?
