I bought a set of e-514kc for the d16y8 off of ebay that I am building to stock specs, however upon initial inspection the package looked sketchy.

The box had clear tape all over it and the rings were wrapped in news paper wrapping. There were no instructions and the rings have 75 DNJ on the first and second rings.


Are these legit sealed power power rings or DNJ rings? Does DNJ make rings for sealed power, I would think not.

 

Those are DNJ rings and not sealed power. What did the packaging look like?

 

Yeah I figured. Just confirmed with an oriellys that had some in stock. Sealed power has dots.

These were sold as sealed power and came in a sealed power box marked e-514kc.
