Default Please help with this JDM B18C part :(

Please help me look or ID this part. Apparently coolant is leaking from this part. (see arrow in picture) I want to replace this whole thing but don't know what the name of the part is. Kindly please help ? Thanks in advance

The engine is a JDM B18C

As you can see on the picture there's a lot of white stuff that is already dry

There isn't really anything different from the b18c and c1 we have in the US the number after the letter is the country code.

Thats a water neck. I might have an extra one laying around

The house that the arrow is pointing to goes to the iacv or fitv
