Default D17A6 Ticking After Rebuild?

I just rebuilt my engine and now I believe it has a sound it did not have before the rebuild. Curious on any thoughts.

It sounds like a ticking sound coming from the bottom end, maybe around cylinder 2 or 3, behind the exhaust manifold.
The sound appears shortly after startup, does not disappear or seem to change when the engine is fully warmed up, increases in frequency, but not noise with RPM.
Here is a video of the sound - the engine is fully warmed up in this clip.

More details,
~263k miles on the engine at the time of rebuild - timing belt broke and bent exhaust valves very slightly - belt broke at near idle RPM.
Block was honed, new rod, crank, thrust bearings installed.
New piston rings - same pistons.
Cylinder head was rebuilt with new valves, guides, seals + seat cut job. Valve lash was set to spec in the Honda factory manual.
During my ownership (since ~130k miles), the head has been resurfaced twice now.
Using a synthetic Mobile 1 5w-20 oil.
Driven the car maybe 60 miles since the rebuild - seems to drive normally, nothing unusual but the ticking sound.

I was a bad boy and did not measure ring gaps or bearing clearances when assembling.

So I don't know if this could be... piston slap..? Rod knock.. (but too high pitched)? Ignition knocking from resurfacing the head and causing higher compression..? Something entirely different or dumb like a cracked exhaust manifold..? Bad valve lash..?

plz hlp thx

Re-adjusted the valves. I had one intake valve that had some severely retarded lash, after advancing it to correct specs along with all others - it sounds just fine.
I probably originally set the lash with the rocker on the cam - since one valve on cylinder 3 was far different than the other - as VTEC-E in the HX only opens 1 intake valve when doing this and that was the valve that was way out of spec.
