Cam journal deep nicks

Cam journal deep nicks

Can i still use this b16a head? It has deep score on all the cam journal on the same spot. How did this happen? Can i just hit it with sand paper?

Do a fine file or a stone. Knock off the high spots leave the low spots. I would have no issues running that.
