800hp build thread
 
Just wanted to share my build, my goal is 800hp track/ street car. it will be turned down when i drive it on the street.

Block
-darton sleeved and O-ringed gsr block
-weisco 84mm pistons with upgraded wrist pins
- mainly turbo tuff rods with upgraded 625 bolts
- 4 piston oil pump
- acl bearings
-morso oil pan
- gsr water pump
- gsr crank
- arp L19 head studs

Head
- b16 head
- port and polished
- Skunk 2 pro xp 93lbs springs
- Skunk 2 pro series retainers
- ferrea comp valves
- skunk 2 pro 1 cams
- ferrea valve lock keepers

turbo kit
-BWR top mount turbo manifold
-44mm tial wastegate
-3 inch intercooler pipping
-Speedfactory 800hp backdoor intercooler
-precision 62/66 but was sent out to boostlab and was made into a 67/67

Fuel
- dual walbro 525 fuel pumps in tank
- 8an steel braided feed
-6an braided return
-aeromotive fuel filter
-aem fuel rail
-aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
-bosch 2200cc injectors
-car will be on pump e85

Transmission
- type R tranny
-freshy rebuilt with carbon syncros
-m factory lsd
-action twindisk clutch
(planning to go ppg)

-fuel tech 550
-fueltech nano pro
-t1 trigger kit
-coil on plug harness

There is still a lot of work i need to do to the chassis, i plan on getting a cage and a parachute as soon as its running. there is already a running swap in the car that i am taking out to put this swap in. ill try to remember to add pictures as i go. i plan to track the car and drive on the street every now and then

Current update 5/25/25
The bottom end is assembled and ready, next step is to pull the current motor out of the car and put the new one in.
