ive seen this done before but have never done it, i just went with innovative solid mounts!

So have anyone done there Rear trailing arm bushing, with 3M Window weld? Info would be great on the way the car felt? good/bad?.. Or if you went with Poly fill, good and bad effects and what brand filler? Links pic's would also be great.

The trailing arm actually moves inwards and outwards, so filling the rear TA bushing is a bad idea. I did it before I knew any better and it made the car very tailhappy in an uncomfortable way - ie hitting a bump at high speeds made the tail of the car wiggle.

haha, so there goes that idea, what kind of replacement would you suggest for a 1995 4 door GSR? I only seem to fine Polyurethane I want something I can just pop in once I remove the old one

On Skunk2's website theres a video tip, showing Dr.Charles filling a mount with "Duramix 4040" . But the editor of the video accidentally spelled it "DuraMAX 40/40". It says the cure time is 1hr, and worktime is 15min, and easily sandable. Just incase anyone ever searches for it, hope this helps.

At the shop we put the mounts in a bucket of water and man does that ever harden them fast! After 24 hours mounts are SOLID

hey is this what you used from home depo? I think its like brown inside. Was it rubbery or like rock hard when hardened?

Doesn't energy suspension make an insert for the stock mounts? Not sure how stiff or how good they are. Just another idea. Maybe others can post what they know about it.

from what I have gathered, the inserts are just a more expensive version of the same thing.

filled my stock mounts in my 1994 integra gsr. Got rid of alot of wheel hop and car launches alot more solid. There is a little vibration now, but it was worth the money. 13 dollars for a tube.
