Will this be used for NOS, Turbo or All motor; should be your first question?

And what do you consider "high power"?
What's compression ratio of the motor?
Do you have a fuel system to support the different fuel?

Few other questions you should answer first.

I wouldn't be asking the question if I didn't have the system to support an ungraded fuel, I am running a stealth 340 with 1000cc DW injectors around 11:1 CR 450 plus for now for a weekend warrior

Nitromethane. Because you'll make the most power.
Methanol. Because you'll make a lot of power and it isn't black magic to tune.
E85. Because you'll make almost as much power as methanol, but you can buy it at the pump.
Q16. Because it's better than pump gas.
93 pump. Because streetcar.
