It sucks to see racers who have no sponsors come to a race from far away break an axle or snap a belt or burn a valve, brake a retainer, dont have a scatter shield and run 11s.! Of course you can ask to borrow air and lil stuff but people look at you like WTF, or try to buy something and they tell you $50 for a $10 part.
Camp1320 qouted" When i used to bracket race and i broke axles or didnt have a part or tool and asked someone who did who have the parts they told me sorry or No." Not realizing this till he started attending all the NHRA races this year, It occured to him how sorry he felt for people who broke and had to watch when they could have competed.
After talking to Camp1320.com, EF-1, Spark Racing, we have decided to help out all Honda-Tech members and all honda enthusist. Trackmasters will be attending the rest of the NHRA sport compact drag racing series and with the help of Camp1320.com, EF-1, and Spark Racing will bring extra parts for all you racers who could have still been racing and have fun.
NO this is not a marketing scheme nor is this to make extra profits. No hidden catches or stickers you got to put on. We care more about racing and the racers then the $$$$$$$. We are just trying to help support the sport compact industry.
For racers in need of these parts during a race the price will be BELOW the Honda-tech/Racer prices. Unfortunately we can not give the parts for free(If we could we would) but for those in need of parts at the races please look for us.
This is a start so if there is any comments or questions please feel free to post a reply.
Parts we will start to bring with us.
extra stock axles
hondata systems
EF-1 valvetrain race vavles, springs, retainers.
fuel system (rails, injectors)
Scatter shields
Clutches
turbos
manifolds
Quaife LSDs (both cable,hydro)
CP pistons 81 and 84 mm
rods
things we will try to bring
extra cyl heads, trans

You are so right.
I cant put in words how much it means to me when someone helps a fellow racer, even if they are racing against them.
I know its not a H-Ter but when I quailifed for the Woodburn NHRA race last week my car had not run faster than 10.29 that I ran saturday night in the 3rd round. So I didnt bring SFI approved gloves to the event.
I was told after that pass that on sunday I needed the gloves to even race at all, I want able to find a set locally before the next morning.
When I told the NHRA official that I couldnt compete, he said that was not going to happen since I was qualified and "He" wouldnt let me miss out on the chance to compete in the class.
We approached the Mopar Team and they were more than happy to help out with the problem, Darrell *** had them give me a brand new pair of gloves to wear during the event.
Now I wasnt really a threat to anyone in the class, but it was very nice of them to help out a local racer when they all could have told me tough luck kid.
Too bad I ran faster than 9.99 in the first round, even though I lost I wouldnt have been able to continue competeing. But that was fine with me!
Good luck Trackmasters! You will be a big help!

That's great to hear.
to camp1320, EF-1, and trackmasters.
you should get a little miller maxstar 140 and get a welder out there jsut incase a manifold busts or something. Or maybe make a quick roll bar to qualify

WTF ERIC, Your a genius. My story, click the lil light bulb in your lil head huh..??
I will consign any parts you need and i just confirmed with Spark racing and they too will donate some coils, ignitors, mounts, other misc extra parts they have. EF-1(ROCKET) will consign some cams and vavle train and EF-1 spark plugs. This is great to help out racers.
Honestly it is sad to say the pro racers help each other out but when a bracket guy needs some help its like sorry, or NO. It happen to be 6 years ago. It F#@K%N SUCKED. We dont want the lil guys to be discouraged from racing events especially NHRA events. I know for a fact that you dont get specail previllages at NHRA. I heard a story about how WALLY PARKS(MR. NHRA) was told to get behind the lines at a event by NHRA offical.!! hahahhaha.Old guy told this story, that was funny.!! anyways the story behind this is that i dont know but it just came up and i wanted to share it.!
Trackmasters(ERIC)
EF-1.com(ROCKET)

Was that the big old guy witht the grey hair.?? That must have been BILL the starter for NHRA sport compact. Maybe it was Jim Skelly the Sport compact Race director. They has been racing way before we where even born. He is also a racer himself and so are ALL the NHRA techs. Jim Skelly will tell you funny and interesting stories for the PAST that we can relate too. Its funny who they all did what we are doing now. anyways i think this is a great idea and once again.

You might wanna add a nitrous blow down tube to your list cuz i know alot of my friends go to the track and forget the blow down tube and end up not racing.
