Just an update on what is happening at Pedregon Racing. << The Agent got a rumor last Friday that supposedly Bill Blumgren had repo’ed a rig he sold to Frank Pedregon. We heard from Mr. Pedregon who said that while it was true that his operation was going to be parked for three races or so until he could secure more funding for his team. He also told the Agent his deal with the Von Dutch people was a solid three-year program, that he owned the transporter and it was in his shop. Frank also said that he was going to have a new crew chief when he returned to the tour. We sent one of the Agent’s operatives over to his California shop and saw that, indeed, the rig was there. We always like to get the story behind the rumor here at DRO>>>

Interested to see how this shakes out but glad to see someone trying to regroup rather then make things worse.

thats certainly big news... if memory serves me, he had about 7 or 8 crew members(im going off my beer-influenced memory from the last poweraide race i was at ?)... i wonder who else is being let go, and how many people will remain on board

 

okay guys..from what i know...only a few people were let go for reason to better the team.........Lisa is still with him and will be for quite sometime...shes learning so much.....and i dont remember who asked where she was on the track with the crew,....the reason no one can see her is that she backs franks car up..so shes behind the car.....right now shes learning it all for future to be in the funny car.....and to whoever reads super street she is the number 2 driver of all times out of `10....Ed and Steph are as well in there..good article.....so more updates to whoever is interested.....good luck at your races....
