Default Sooo close to 11's.

took a buddies car out tonight with a setup i did for him
car is a 93 EX coupe
stock usdm gsr motor
drag manifold
Ebay 57 trim turbo
Tial gate 10lbs
ebay intercooler
2.5 charge pipes
2.5 downpipe that goes down to a stock collector flange and a gutted stock cat.. then to 3" exhaust
dsm 450's
street tuned on crome by Kazino42
act clutch stock tranny

best time of the night was a
12.063@115.7
1.72 60 foot
7.7@90 in the 1/8
22x8x15 MT slicks at 8lbs

the car is basicly full weight.. i took out the pass seat and rear back rest .. also the rear bumper was off.. earlier in the day i was doing 12.5@111.. but it was 150 track temps and a corrected altitude of 7000 feet.. the 12.5 runs were made with everything in the car even spare tire

i think taking the rear bumper off helped the trap speed.. and the fact that the temps dropped 30 deg.

Overall im very impressed with the car.. for 10lbs on a basic setup and street tune with bone stock motor .. and its a EX coupe so all power options

video posted below

the traps are good for 11's. and good 60's, idk. from the #'s it looks like it runs good, just not producing the E.T.'s

I never ran mine in the 1/4 but I have ran it in the 1/8 a few times and that setup in your car is very similar to my setup. Also I ran on my old sicks the same size as yours and couldnt get any better than 1.90's in the 60' on them . Anyways I ran a best of 7.74 at 97 mph on mine so far. Its in a hatch though. Either way good runs and good launch

crank the boost up...pansy! lol! jk.

stock gsr and that turbo maybe what...280-300ish whp range? what would you think tim? i would crank it up a couple pounds and get that 11 sec timeslip.

it took me 395whp on my stock gsr 2 yrs ago. ran 11.80 @ 120...remember? thats thing was smoking like a ************ too...lmao! fried the piston rings on the dyno...but i didnt care. only had like 300 bux in the eng...lol! bought the stock block and threw a stock b16a head on it. t3/t67 h.o. ... 12psi 395whp.

turn that boost up!!! it wont hurt it as long as kno re-tunes it. id guess maybe 15-16psi and you would be 11.80-11.90!!! go get it done timmay! if anyone can...i know you can get er' done! youve been in this honda/acura scheme wayyyy toooo long ...lol!

good luck next time man!

no clue on the power. its a garret t3/t4 60/63 and before i broke ringlands i was running 10lbs. and after i broke rnglands the compression dropped to like 180 in each cylinder so i turned up the boost in 2nd 3rd and 4th to 15lbs.
