This guy is like cancer that won't go away. He robs racers like he has a bad heroin habit. What a douche...

Karma should find him in a dark alley or at least those redneck brothers from Pulp Fiction.

update on my case with ron strhr went to court monday he finally showed up. Just like i thought this looser had no case against me the judge ripped him apart in about 5 minutes i didn't even have to say anything we exchanged evidence before the hereing this guy is so stupid he hands me some kind of hand written paper that describes all this work that was done to my car and then hands me a stack of pictures of my car in his shop that clearly showed that none of that work was done to the car how stupid can you be. he also handed me an invoice from tim mc amis for $13,000.00 worth of parts that he claims to have purchased for my car their isn't one part on my car from mc amis. Ron i feel sorry for your dad i feel bad that he had to see how pethetic you were in court and how you cried like a little bitch outside. He must be real prowd of you. I can look at my sons and be proud!!!! can your dad do the same? I dought it. Next stop monterey district attourny's office to file criminal fraud.

The $13,000 was probably what he owed TIM MCAMIS since he bounced checks with him.

Not true. This is not a case that sends him to jail. It is a civil that will go against him on a personal side. So if he gets a claim against him, he will never be able to get a home loan/ car loan and so on with out paying these guys back first. Or he may also say he is broke and can only pay $10 a month which they do as well and pretty much it is just a nag on this dude until he runs again.

No, Jail does not clean his record. Think about it like the OJ Simpson case. He was found Innocent of murder and did not have to jail time. But in the civil court, he was found guilty of murder. This means he owes the Goldmans a tone of dough the rest of his life, but does not do jail time. Any kind of money he makes, part goes to the party he did wrong to pay off his debt...the same will happen here. He can not serve his debt to the gov. by jail time because he does not owe the gov., he owes the guys he stole from.

That is not entirely true either. Im not sure how it works in California , but anything over 5000 in New Jersey is considered a Criminal offense, and must go through Criminal court and not civil ( some may call it small claims)
Now if they find him guilty but with no criminal intent then what you stated is exactly correct, but if they find that he took the money with Criminal intent or intent to defraud then he WILL spend time in Jail if the judge chooses to do so.

Either way, the guy is scum. plain and simple

hey i'll be honest with you we'll probably never see our money again but i for one am not going to lay down. if you lost money with this guy go after him jump in with us and he'll go down i talked to some people who work on fraud cases and they said unless you know a d.a. or a cop that is willing to go after this guy then he's probably going to get away with it. Well we got a d.a. who's willing to help us out but he can't do anything if people don't call him if you lost money contact jimmy johnson (dao241@co.santa-cruz.ca.us) let him know there's 5 of us here in northern cal He left his e-mail address on this website I'm no rat ........... and i don't like to have to do this but I've done my time and i don't plan on doing anymore i got a family to think about. if any of you guys out there got burned or you know anybody send jimmy johnson an e-mail if anybody wants to help great if not that's o.k to i can respect that too

I cant believe this guy has the ***** to open up again. I think we were his first victims back in 2001-2. Took over a year to build a chasis,a steering system that turned left when turning right, screwed up incomplete suspension,a motor that didnt fit the chasis and basically ending my racing career. The team I was on lost alot of $$$$$ and time. I hope this mother fk'r hangs! Karma bitch

Looks can be decieving
