Default R.E.V. or BC valves?

I have had a bunch of valves for the Neon on backdorder since September of last year with R.E.V. I had called them at the time of the order to find out what was going on and they told me they had not done a production run so they didn't have any in stock. I was told that they would be doing another run shortly. I have been ultra patient with them checking back every few weeks to find out what is going on. I called last week and spoke to (insert name here) and he told me he would check on the valves and get back with me that day. Since I did not get a call from him that day or today, I called (insert name here) back and was told they will be here sometime this week or next. I feel like this is such a generic answer that he was simply telling me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. I can wait no longer. The new motors are going together and I need valves. Does anyone have experience with both the companies and have anything to chime in about for the quality of BC's valves?

I want to thank Ralph from R.E.V. for contacting me. He was able to get this all squared away and get my valves to me. I will continue to do business with this company just because of how well he handled this difficult situation.

Thanks Ralph!!!
