NSCRA 2010 CLASSES AND RULES
The NSCRA would like to thank everyone for all their patience as we developed the rules for 2010. We have used the input received from the racers along with years of data and experience from multiple sources to develop these rules. Although we know that not everybody will be under the same impression of these rules, we hope it is understood that we have done our best to build what we feel to be a fair balance. We will be keeping a close eye on the competition level in each of the respective classes over the 2010 season as part of the National Sport Compact Racing Association's commitment and dedication to competitive racing for every enthusiast. The participation of all racers will be the best way for us to confirm the class equality.
In addition to Extreme Compact, Modified Compact, Hot Rod, Pro Stock, Outlaw Street, True Street and Motor Street, we will also be running two additional classes. These classes will be posted by January 27, 2010.

looks great for hotrod but one part says RWD sotck chassis and under it says 1/2 chassis is fine wich is it
Chassis: RWD cars must retain complete stock chassis, floorboard, firewall, and frame rails. FWD & AWD cars must retain stock firewall and front strut towers only. Notching of chassis for clearance is permitted. Full tube chassis is prohibited on all cars. FWD & AWD cars may utilize 3/4 tube chassis and floorboards from firewall back, with any type rear suspension.
Chassis: RWD cars may be 1/2 chassis, but must retain stock firewall, stock front strut towers, and floorboards (back-half chassis and mini tubs are permitted). FWD cars may be 3/4 chassis, but must retain stock firewall and stock front strut towers

What happened to the weight break for nitrous cars in true street? (-200lbs nitrous only cars.)
And why 24.5" MAX on the slicks now when it was 25" before and nobody complained?
Other then that

As I posted in the other thread I would have liked the 25" to be allowed as well and not sure why its not but I don't see it as a huge deal.
Thanks guys for hearing everyone out and putting this together.
Motor Street rules look good to me!!
I am just curious about the exhaust rule as well. Does it just mean no side exits?

i personally think the right thing were done with true street (thats the only one i have read so far)
can somebody clear this up:
Exhaust: Muffler(s) are required. Exhaust must exit underneath the car.
USUALLY a turbo is classified as a muffler, is that not the case here? does this mean the car has to have a full exhaust that exits at the back of the car? or does this mean the downpipe just has to have a muffler on it and thats it??
