New Record

Hey guys, we ran at the NOPI event this weekend in San Antonio and took both the et and mph record. We ran an 8.59 @ 170 and backed it up with a 8.61 @ 170. We also won the event. Lisa came in second with an 8.80 and the HP guys ran an 8.75. The weather was shitty and rained most of the weekend so we had to run the whole event in one day. Oh well, at least it didn't get rained out.

Very nice!

A new bar was set with a street car as well at the IDRC event in Maple Grove. Jason Hunt ran his car in the 9's all day without wheelie bars and even won the quick class. Not bad for an unsponsored street car. I would hate to see what he could do with a budget!

Thanks for the support guys. Honestly, I don't even know who won the all motor class. That is the bad thing about having a race car. I go to all the races, yet I never get to watch them. We are always in the pits working on the car. I know Norris was running pretty good, 10.60's I think. The results should be posted on NOPI's website.

Everyone's finally getting their cars dialed in. Alot of racers, including ourselves, changed to methanol halfway through the season and had to get all that worked out again. Now that everyone is making alot of power, they really realize sometimes less is more... Look for the times to drop even more in Pomona! End of the year and all the off season to rebuild. All or nothing! Everyone wants to end the season with the record!
