Can anyone recommend witch fuel pump to use for methanol for 900whp?

race car or street car? why would you need to run a methanol for 900whp. You can do that with gas or e98. Methanol you will need more than just a big fuel pump or you will hydro lock your engine. My H/R car runs a DSR mechanical fuel pump that runs off my BARNES mechanical oil system.

 

I'd stick with gas and an electric pump at those power levels.

However, if you are definitely wanting to run methanol, at 900whp, I wouldn't use anything other than a mechanical pump.

That's a collectors item right there. The electric motor is what, 2 HP or so? Draws more amps than some 3rd world countries. I remember you needed a starter relay to power it.

 

It's only 50amps at 100psi.

 

Electric or Mechanical? You more then likely want to run mechanical. I would look into Waterman Racing Pumps. But, for electric look into Weldon.

 

Kinsler tough pump would be my investment.
