Default Lifespan of C16?

Hey guys, about a month ago and a half ago, filled my tank up with C16 Gas, then blew popped the motor. Just got the car running couple days ago, should I dump the gas? How long have you guys seen before gas goes bad? Thanks again.

race gas has a pretty dang good lifespan... but its probably not worth risking.. id say there is a 90% chance your good.. but its only $20-50 savings.. not worth it.

Hey take it out and send it to me. rota's left over from last season ran great in my 1986 Ford F150. I used the last of it last month.

I'd put about a gallon or a little more in the truck at a time mixed with what was in there. The truck has a small tank. Smells great going to the dump on the weekends.

Racegas lasts quite a while, I've used gas that has sat in my tank for 2-3+ months with no issues.

no doubt it sits in a giant tank at the gas station forever before it goes to you. I think it's fine as long as it's not in direct sunlight.

It will last quite a while in a metal tank, but not very long in a plastic container I have been told.

It depends on if the Gas Tank is sealed also. Are your fuel lines open to the atmosphere with your motor being out?

I run mine in the mower too... Just make sure to add some 2-cycle oil to the fuel to keep the valves happy. I got this advice from a local lawnmower repair shop.
