sorry for the noob question but here it goes..lol.........do u guys think that running a 14.7 on a 94 eg coupe (gutted) with a usdm gsr and running open header on the stock header and running a velocity stack (out of headlight)and hondata s200 on street tires....is 14.7 a good number for this set up???? i was just wondering

 

open header isnt really going to help you on a stock header since the flow isnt OPTIMIZED.. also is your setup properly tuned???.. i ran a 13.5 in a eg hatch with b16 and ITR tranny on street tires with a 2.1 60' ft. its all about seat time and knowing your car. ive seen GSR coupes run 14 flat and seen them run 16 seconds. car is only good as the driver

 

a good driver should be able to run at least a 14.2. Put Tony1 in the car and watch it run 11's.

it has a base tune on the computer but it runs better than the stock p72.....it was spinning all day in first gear....but this weekend we are running it again with drag radials....but thanks for the input...
