that looks like an older pic though too. seems like last time i saw gardellas car it had a 7 series HVC-II coil

 

That is a very old pic. He no longer uses a barrel cooler. Here is the new.

 

He's currently running the MSD 10 Plus ignition and coil. It puts enough spark out for top fuel cars. Plan on spending over $1300 for that ignition though.

Then why do they still run mags?
