I usually stick to auto-x and HPDE and don't do much drag racing with my car seeing as how it's **** slow, but anyways just wanted to run some of my time slips by y'all and get your opinions if any improvements could be made. Its a stock 5 speed Y8 with intake and exhaust. Nitto Neo Gen 205/50/15 tires at 42 PSI

At first glance I was gonna say that's a horrible 60' time

Then I re read you have a stock y8 so your working with like 110 whp.

Just tell people it runs tens and don't mention its 1/8 mile.



Lower your tires pressure 42 is way to much

Lower tire pressure to 25psi. What rpms are u lauching at?

 

Slightly slipping the clutch off the line at 3,500 RPMs have wheel spin but nothing to excessive.

 

Getting that 60' down will be the most helpful I think.
