Default Drag Wheels

Going to be buying some new drag wheels for this upcoming season and I was wondering what wheels you draggers use on your cars... First of all my cars a daily driven coupe with the normal 4x100 pattern so the wheel would have to fit on the factory wheel studs...

Thinking about the 15x7 Bogart Import Pro 4 wheel for the front and some kinda wheel for the back.. Do any of you guys run skinnies on the rear, and do they bolt right up to the factory wheel studs? I need rear wheel advice options I guess? possibly pictures, links, etc... Maybe other rear wheel/tire options..

This past season I ran a 15x6 steelie in the front and a 14" steelie (tad lighter than the 15" plus it fit ) in the rear.. Thanks

I'm running the bogart dragon flys all the way around. I think the skinnies you can use on the stock studs but I have extended ones all the way around so I can't tell you for sure.

erics99si, what's your HP and torque? Most people run 13" to for more sidewall from the slick compared to a 15".

Good question, 13" you can run a 25" tall slick but with a 26" you need a 15 and that is a little extra money and it kind of a pain to turn around and fit on any car with no cutting allowed.

Get the new BBS drag wheels, they are the lightest on the market, a full pound lighter than the weld pro drag wheels. Call Jamie Sullens @ BBS Wheels 770-967-9574 You may have to leave him a message, they may be in Daytona. He will call You back though. He is the guy in charge of motorsports over there.

My hp/tq right now is only known from when the motor (JDM R) was completely stock internally which produced 184whp/124tq. I'm guessing after my build I'll be just over 200whp and around maybe 135 tq or so... I'm looking right now at the Bogart 15x7 Pro 4 wheels that have a 5" backspacing for the front and the 15x3 skinnies for the back (skinnies have a 2.5" backspacing) to run on my car. The reason why I have a 15" slick rather than a 13" is cause my car is a 99 Civic Si and with the larger OEM calipers a 15" rim is the smallest I can fit over the brakes without using spacers or longer wheel studs. I'm planning on doing longer wheel studs all the way around this year as well, but as I meantioned before this is my daily driver vehicle so I can't really chop up the fenders etc... Any advice is very much appreciated... I have about one more season left on my 15" slicks so I'll at least run those until they're shot then maybe invest in a 13" wheel and slick if I can fit them on there somehow.

I run circle racing wheels: very light and different. No need for custom lugnuts too. You can utilize the common acorn nuts.

You can run 13x7.5 Axis Lenso VPD's. No spacers needed, therefore no need for extended studs also.

I run a lightweigt Billet wheel made in canada, On the stock Si brakes. It measures 13X6 inch and will fit over the stock studs.

I had to have these made and still have the design sheet if you are interested in a pair. They make the rear skinnies to match too. They run about $300 a wheel +shipping.

We run Bogarts or Lenso's... The Pro 4's are probably the most common amongst us and they are a nice wheel...

These 13x7.5 Axis Lenso VPD's fit on the 99-00 Civic Si's without any modifications, spacers, etc..?
