It wasnt that severe of an issue. It would eat coolant very slowly when the car was really beat on. So he had it running awhile before he actually figured it was the block

i have more then one degree....and i have plenty of experience with ge blocks ;)

After destroying the sleeves in 4 stock sleeved ls blocks, spining a rod bearing in a gsr block, I finally went with a GE sleeved 84mm block and have zero complaints about it. I absolutely love it and it is taking abuse that my stock blocks would have not. I have no experiance with DART blocks, but I have heard of many people having issues with them.
