OUTLAW class is getting way out of hand.
i wonder where they got the idea lol

question is, who cares?

Probably from all the old hot rod cars this isn't a new thing.

Outlaw is the new hot rod despite popular belief. put some wheelies bars and lexan on an outlaw car your practically there.

Yeah cause every single hot rod had an xtrac, and every single hot rod had 28's. you get the point you pretenctious *****. it was an analogy of how close they are to being hot rod cars. and since you wanna are semantics, chuck setsienger had 24.5's, no xtrac and whooped everyones ***. so if your only rebuttle is that the front half is tube and you want to split hairs, get bent ryan.

Hot rod has lighter weight limit, bigger turbo, different fuel, wheelie bars, the list goes on. Who cares how close these cars are to anything. They are within the limits of their class.

fuel and turbo are really in the grand scheme of things irrelevant to the chassis configuration dude.

sorry howard.... were at the bar I just hate when people see an air to water and automatically think its a hot rod car. Honestly I could drive my car if I wanted to.

i have a feeling you are going to see a lot more air/air on outlaw cars that run fast in the future, that liquid to air is a waste of time

Here's an experiment for you -

Put an ambient temperature Coke in the Fridge and a Coke in a bowl of water and Ice for 5 minutes.... If you were dying for an ICE cold Coke and you didn't have much time to live, cooling it by running cold air over it would kill you.

BTW - Twenty47 - I "stretched" wheelbases when Miller was still in Diapers so I didn't copy him. Take a look at Eggum's Civic.. My name was all over it.

While Water to Air is better as far as cooling purposes goes, but in these high hp turbo applications how much of a difference in power is it between an air to air and water to air say in 65-70 deg ambient temps. Also with the water to airs there is usually by far less cooling surface than an air to air. Im guessing the extra 50-60 lbs in pumps, lines heat exhangers, tank, and water are worth the cooling benifits or people wouldnt be using it. But in reality we have seen people on air to airs run almost as fast as those on water to air. Seems like the arguement is pointless.

my post wasnt very clear. i wasnt suggesting that miller came up with the idea and you copied him. I was just pointing out that if everyone is saying that is hot rod only and giving you **** about your sick as build. and miller is the poster boy of outlaw so if all you guys see his wheelbase stretched why not do the same? not that he came up with it lol.

were eggums wheels sunk in like that? i used to see her car all the time in joliet and just never noticed. or was the front what was stretched?

We were headed back from a test session in MD that didn't go so well. Dam Ring and Pinion. When you approached us with the window down all blacked out we thought it was in response to the idiot in the F150 that thought he was going to run us out of the lane... But thanks for the props.

Nice build! Love a lot of what you've done....... As it sits, does it qualify for Outlaw?

Cheers
