clutch question
second post. maybe you guys can help me out.
ok.. here is the question. if you have (making up numbers) 5000 pound clutch/pressure plate would it be easier to push the clutch in or harder to push vs let say a 2500 pound clutch? cause i figured that the high the number the easier it is to push in since you wopuld think that the pressure plate was applying that much pressure right?

It depends on the clutch.....if you are talking about a stock style clutch....IE: ACT or Clutch Masters then the lower the number the easier it is to push in. if you are talking about the Tilton Engineering clutch Honda B16A / B18 : OT-I Cerametallic Clutch-Flywheel-Assembly then it would still feel like stock no matter the pressure.
