measure the discs with a micrometer. I have the specs for each disc if you need them. CC offers free inspection of their twins. That def. has more than what you said ran through it. If everything is in spec than you dont need to resurface unless it feels really un-even with your fingers. That's just how they look after a lot of cycles. **im no clutch technician**

18 ft/lbs for the 6 bolts.

I don't know, those fibers and metals look pretty glazed. even if they're thickness is within spec they're so glazed over, i don't think its gonna work. You can see the metals are wavy from the reflection of the light in some of the pictures. I'd at least send it to CC or you might be pullin it again.

i would reccommend sending them back to comp directly and not dealing with your local machine shop. comp usually will work with you and tell you up front whats needed

well talked with CC today about what the measurements should be new disc are .250 and mine measure .245-.246 and they would be replaced at .230 so the disc are still good for awhile the floater is should be replaced at .235 and mine was at .175 someone has turned it way down to try and fix some slipping problems or something at least i only paid 500 for it know i have to put 240 in it and ill be good to go im going to send it to them and have them put the new pp and floater in and make sure the setup height is good to go.

id do the discs also, just because theyre within the thicknes spec doesn't mean theyre gonna hold. those things are glazed over pretty good. Maybe you could send them pics that you posted and see what they recommend.
