Just trying to get an idea of who is coming to Joliet this weekend. We are looking to make the trek down from Minnesota and I am wondering if St. Louis is a better option or chicago...So who is goin where?

 

We'll be there with 2, maybe 3, turbo cars. The 2 should be in the 10's.

so want to go, but this one is a bit too far to travel

Damn I was anaware that this was going on! Is this the only one this year at chicago. A freind said they were not having one at all.

 

There is another one mid September at Joliet. That one is a regular 2 day BOTI event.

 

I would imagine that most of the regular Joliet attendees will be in St. Louis. That's where the foam is!!!!!!!!

Same 3 hour drive for me...I'm going to St. Louis.

I hate to miss BOTI, but oh well. What the hell is up with scheduling 2 events in the same weekend only 3 hours apart?

 

Is the BOTI still having a race in Sept at Route 66??

 

It does suck we have to choose. Less crowd and a better chance of winning at Joliet for my friends. We might try to come down to NOPI Sunday, but we won't be back from BOTI until around 12 am.

I imagine they are still having the September race. Thats the main one. This is just a street car race. But still a good time

yes. this event was for streetcars and the event in joliet is the 2-day full format event. september 16&17.

 

Thanks for putting on these events Frank, Mike and everyone else @ BOTI We are looking forward the next one in two weeks.

 

its kool turn out just want to check my car runs ok at the track without much street tuning so came out ok i was expected and congrats to the guy with the jdmblk dc2 winning the s/c class i know u guys has more power than my car its cool talking to u guys and see u in september battle
