B series speed sensor

Default B series speed sensor

Well long story short, i was taking it off and i think the gear and the shaft fell inside but not sure. Is it possible for this to happen it has never hsppend and i dont know where is at i can not see it through the hole of sensor. This has never happend before!!

was the retainer clip still in place?

ive seen this happen on a toyota tho and if you cnt somehow look for it and take it out then you have to take the trans out and open it up to take the parts out

you could probably dig it out with a good narrow needle nose.
