Another Went to the track thread
Went to the track with my 94 Acura Integra this past weekend. Here were the results:
Doing a little tuning first pass which was a 16 because I wanted to do a shakedown pass
Second pass:
R/T .570(I know that is terrible but was really concentrating on launching the car better)
60 2.428
330 6.249
660 9.271
mph 83.30
1000 11.780
1320 13.897
mph 108.56
After a little more tuning and seat time this was the last pass of the day:
R/T .518
60 1.911
330 5.486
660 8.352
mph 85.28
1000 10.802
1320 12.856
mph 108.25

Props for Jimmy! I'm in love with that Integra. People will ask why and and make faces at it. But it scoots! He always has something up his sleeve that's different and unique!
I ask, why not?
I had a bunch of parts laying around and put them together, lol. I had the shell, and I had a D series engine, and trans, used set of eagle rods and SRP pistons, turbo kit, S300, and other stuff. I bought a fresh set of rings, bearings, clutch, and decided to see what it would do, plus I have never seen this setup before(Integra+D series). I am happy with it and I love the look on eveyone's face when I pop the hood and they do a double take when they realize that isnt supposed to be in there, lol. I wanted to try my hand at spraying a whole car with 2 stage paint so this was a good opportunity also.

Thanks, Dave. I have doing this project a lot. I have some small things I still want to do, but the main thing is I can just drive it now. It is nice to have a full interior car with power windows that you can roll down after you make a pass and enjoy the breeze.
Thanks. Glad to know I could help out a legend even if it was just a small thing. Keep up the good work on her ride!
cool way to go jj!and might i add thanks for your donation on our lisa kubo hatch project! still running the sticker
