12 second run on radials

Default 12 second run on radials

went out tonight with a buddies 94 civic EX coupe
full weight
97 GSR motor
drag manifold, 57 trim SS turbo
2.5-2.25 DP with a 2.38 or whatever apexi catback
8lbs of boost and pump gas
tuned on crome
205/50/14 BFG radials 13lbs air
stock gsr tranny

best run was 12.9@108 with a mid 1.9 60'
second was a 13.0X@108 with a 2.04 or something 60'

not bad i dont think for 8lbs and about 2600 lbs or so with me in it

gonna get a 10lbs spring, 3" exhaust soon.. and some 23" slicks go for low low 12's

how much power are you making? Im curious because im going to the track in a few days and im hoping i can hit 12s with 238whp in my hatch with 20x8x14 slicks.

about 270whp or so.. hasnt been on the dyno

238whp with slicks and a 1.7 60' in a not to heavy car can get 12's

if i would of had slicks i guess about 12.40's it would of done

I had a Turbo LS EK hatch once that put down 239/207 and ran a 12.9 on stock 14" street tires, so you shouldn't have a problem. I was cutting 2.1 60's.

That would be LOW LOW LOW 12s on a good track.
