Why must it be really light? It may make that power on a true loaded dyno. I can think of a few mid 10 sec/140mph fwd cars making mid 400s on the mustang dyno Im around on a regular basis that weigh 2800ish with driver.
I dont think so. Trapping 140mph with 400whp on a 2800lb car. I don't care if the dyno read 100whp less
Where did this OP go? Curious to see the weight on the car too.
Im in no way saying an integra weighs 2800lbs. Im referring to a neon and its a mustang dyno. It seems to read a good 100hp lower than some of the other local dynos when talking about the 400ish range. It is what it is, believe it or not. Its just a tuning tool.
good job OP, fun dd right there.
Now I will chime in on the 400hp fwd car 2800lbs running mid 10s....nope, not happening, something is wrong with your info. My integra DD makes 700whp, and weighs 2750 with me in it, and runs 10.2s It takes quite a bit to get down that low with that heavy. Now granted the srt4 u may be speaking of makes good tq vs a honda.
Theres a big difference between high and mid to low 10s

Mid 400whp car on a MUSTANG DYNO. If you want to compare that to a typical dynojet times 4xx by 12 to 15 percent.
