Default 0-60ft time!

hello, i am woundering.. When you drives on the track, is there so trackbite on it ?? I tryed some 0-60ft times and i got something like 5.5-6 sek whit my g-tech meter. ( on street tires ) I have seen many off yours 0-60ft times are around 1.6 and higher, so i hope your times are whit trackbite.
Kind Regards Daniel

You can't compare a G-force to a track. Go to a track and get real times.

0-60 and 60 foot times are 2 totally differnt things

0-60 is how long it takes the car to go from 0 mph to 60 mph

60 foot times are how long it takes the car to travel 60 feet.

i mean 60 foot times, isnt it not how long time you use to travel the first 60 feet ?? Because it is what i mean, not 0-60 mph. But do you really not think i can use my g tech meter for any thing. I can mensure 402m times, 0-60 mph, hp and so on whit it. you can see it here: http://www.gtechpro.com try to click on the test drive it button and see the movie whit it on action.

I am spelling like this becuse i not is good to english ( i´m danish )

Kind regards Daniel ( sorry my pure english )

Not a problem. You're English is pretty good by the way.

But, no. The G-Tech is not really good at anything. You will definately have to go to a track to find out the real numbers. And do not expect to see many street tires attain 1.6 60 foots. Most of these are done with all-wheel drive vehicles and lightweight front-drive cars with good suspension and racing slicks.

ya that g thing u got aint worth anything, hopfully u didnt pay much. my teg has only 191whp & i do mid 1.9 in 60ft with radial drags 17s. but my car with stock tires still did around 2.3-2.4. i dont know what car u got but i think u need a old station wagon to do a 5-6 sec 60ft. your car is faster than that.

The sure fire way to tell what your 60' time would be is to go to the drag strip. When you get your slip at the end, it will show a list of results during your run. From my experience 60' is a key factor for the ET in the 1/4.

The quick SFWD/T4 cars 0-60's on 60' times are pretty close though (~10K rpm = ~60 mph in 1st; shifting 1-2 at close to the 60')... Yaaay for high boost!
