Take out the headlights and take a blowdryer to one of the openings where the bulbs sit and dry it out. If that doesn't work, you have to bake the headlights. Stick them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes and loosten the glue. then take em out and separate the lens from the housing. Dry it off. Then go to ur local nissan dealership and purchase some butyl tailight sealant found for a 2001 nissan altima (about $35) and place a thin bead where the oem sealant is. Then stick it back in the oven and reheat the glue and press them back together. The extra butyl will help in preventing moisture to not reappear. also make sure all the gaskets that go around the bulbs are intact and not damaged.
