As the title suggests, I am looking for a used legit v3.5 ROM editor software license capatible w/ s200. I've got the hardware and datalogging, I just need the software license. Thanks in advance,

so, you don't want Uberdata, which is free?...

 

I already have Hondata w/ datalogging and all the bells and whistles (w/ the exception of ROM editor). If I hadn't already spent the dough on Hondata, I would probably consider Uberdata.

Actually, no it doesn't, you have it backwards. You must buy the data logging software in order to buy the rom editor from Hondata

The second thing, yeah, that's software piracy btw, I'm sure Hondata would love to see you advertising the fact that you will willingly rip them and break the licensing agreement you agreed to when you took the software.

Lastly, the 2.5 software will not work with S100-200 systems

 

well then your option is to contact Hondata to get the software, I doubt anyone is going to get rid of their only copy without making a copy for themselves.
And he didnt mention it was a S200 series i dont think. Does Hondata even sell the 2.5 version?

if you purchase the 3.5 version of rom editor, it works with version 2.5 and s100/200 series as well

 

I am currently talking to someone who is willing to sell me his ROM editor license. I have not checked what version it is yet. However, if it ends up being v2.5, are you saying I cannot use it with s200? Can you get an update to a dated version for a price or is it free? I am, in no way, asking someone to "illegally" copy their licensed copy; rather, I am asking for an "honest" person to sell. Thanks again guys/gals.

Version 2.5 is not compatible with S100/200. There is no update available any longer.

 

So, basically everyone, I am looking for a v3.5 license. Thanks for the help.
