DUDE, YOUR SITUATION ISNT FUNNY...BUT THE WAY YOU WORDED IT "moves like a fat strippers a$$"...THAT HAD ME GOIN...HOPE DUDE FIXES THIS ISSUE...MAKES IT A LOT HARD FOR US OTHERS WITH LEGIT PRODUCT TO SELL WHEN PEOPLE ARE BURNING YOU.
That sucks man. I was actually looking at this turbo because it was a pretty good deal. Luckily, I was leaning more on the gt series. Maybe file an item not as described through Paypal? Not sure if Paypal can help because of the pictures. If you post that video, it may help. Goodluck.
^ thanks guy's and i put this up because i do not want other ppl to go through what i have been through this week with buying stuff from ppl on here. I also got a block from another member and it is cracked but he is taken care of that problem so i want post about him.
Trust me paypal is the worst source ever for solving issues. Paypal is a wast of 3% and dont back any claim. Your best bet is to flat out lie to paypal and tell them you NEVER recieved the item. If you tell them the item wasnt as described they will say, "we do our best efforts to support claims to the best of our knowledge, however; at this time we are unable to issue a refund." Tust me I've been down that road several times and PAYPAL SUCKS!!! I wish someone would come out with a better money transfer website. Hell if they backed the claims I would be happy to pay 3%. Screw paypal, and screw those who screw you! lmao
File dispute through the credit card you listed under paypal. Credit card will force paypal to credit you back. I got screw a few times on Zilvia and learned it the hard way. Then found threads on how PayPal sucks and ppl just use the Credit Card company instead.

What you do is you tell PayPal you received it "broken", but not in a way that could have possibly been caused by shipping. Don't tell them exactly what's wrong with it unless they ask. Then if they ask, you have to really emphasize how unusable it is.

I have a question. I just sent money to a guy on here through paypal for his tranny. But he says the money was refunded by paypal and the transmission has been shippped. To me, it sounds like a scam. I know this isnt the right place to put this but, any suggestions to what I should do if I don't get the tranny?
^ wow sir your out of luck lol! just jking man i couldnt tell u because i am not sure. Also i hate paypal to but its so easy to send money with it thats why i use it.On the other hand i am sending the turbo for a rebuild after i break my new build in with 3-400 miles of 5lbs of boost and careful driving so i hope this turbo doesn't get worse while i am breaking in the motor
