has anyone purchased any products from this website before? someone in one of my earlier threads suggested that i get my JBL amp from here. the prices are great, and the price of S&H cant be beat (free) but are they reliable? also, if you HAVE purchased from here before, how long did it take for your stuff to arrive?

try looking them up at http://www.resellerratings.com it's a good start. If you use VISA to pay you can be covered under their buyer protection policy.
