Default wiring advice

hey i have a 99 ls integra and i was on my way to nopi at night and all the sudden my tail, license plate, and guage cluster lights go out. i understand theyre on the same circuit or whatever but none of the fuses are blown, i also have 1 10" neon tube under each side of the dash those went out too. the power for those is spliced into my ash tray light since it only turns on when my headlights, etc are on. can anyone help me w. this?

Remove the neon from the ashtray light and check both fuse boxes in your car for a blown fuse.

If you insist on having neon inside the vehicle, use a relay that is triggered by the park/headlight switch.
