I just want to know if these will fit well or if there will be a problem and if the headunit is good enough for them

Why do all the URLs go through outboundlink.me with javascript in the A tag? Other links in user posts don't do such...

All the Amazon URLs have the middle chopped out, which will prevent them from working, even after stripping out the redirect crap.

Don't click the links! This is very suspicious activity here...

The speakers are great! I have the ref 6.5's and love them!!

Take a look at a alpine cda 105. Can be had for $140 on crutchfeild. Unless, you have more money to play with.

Are you planning to add a amp/sub?

ITs working fine for me lol, I promise Im not some basement dweller trying to steal your identity, just some idiot who wants nice sound in his car.

Anyway, my friend who does car audio told me to go with components for the front and I should have an amp to make the sound even clearer. But If I have components in the front, what should the rear 6x9s be?

just regular 6x9's, no need for anything special.

The rear is for rear fill. Some don't reccomend rear's at all, but I do. I HATE how it sounds with only front speakers

I think I have my heart set on some Boston Accoustic components for the front and for the rear something else. What small amp and head unit should I get to go with them?

Check out the alpine deck I said.

Find the speakers you wont, and THEN look for amps. Get a amp that will match what your speakers want.

All good except for the rear speakers, you want to go with something without tweeters, highs from behind you will only make setting up the system hard to impossible, a better bet is some mid-range/mid-bass speakers or a set of 2ways with the tweeters disabled and wire them in series, [8 ohm load] and connect to the bridged rear ch of the amp for a mono rear fill.

It will improve imaging and staging dramatically. 94

Ya since I dont speak any of that, would you recommend some for the rear? Or for now I could just leave the stock ones. But a suggestion would be great :D

Everything else Ive decided on.

I would skip the rears all together. They usually pull your sound stage back.

So instead I could just run them to the amp so they get a little boost without being replaced

I have used the stock rear speakers on a number of car and it has worked very well.

Wire the stock speakers in series and connect them to the bridged rear channels of the amp, you can always change them if you do not like the way they sound. 94
