Default true or false

is it true that cars with non power locks and windows are harder to break into? or is power locks harder to get in to? i dotn have power locks and may consider installing them in.

false...what does the cars locks have to do with getting in...it has plenty of windows and a trunk...windows=very convenient

i posted the same question in the EG+ forum and they say that its easier to break in car with power lcoks than non power locks.

It all depends on how you go about doing it. I can give you 3 examples off the top of my head, for easy entry into Civics/Tegs with and without power locks.

it is still hard to get onto a teg even if it has power options unless you break the glass them both are the same to get into as for the ease

I think he has heard of crooks using a wire to lift on the power door lock switch to unlock the door. My car has some damage from that. I think the owner may have locked himself out though. That's what I hate about passive arming.
