i finished my system say a month ago, i have a pioneer premier deck (dehp740mp) boston rally components (rc520), powered by a phoenix gold (tantrum series) 250.2 amp, and two phoenix gold x-max (12s) powered by mtx 1500d in a custom sealed box. it hits ****** hard, and is very clean, but some times im not happy with it. what else is there to do for upgrading SQ? im saving for a motor swap at the time being, but wanted some opinions/options.

 

what makes you not happy with your system sometimes?
did you upgrade the ground wire at the battery?
did you use sufficent gauge power wire?
do you have a cap or any type of charging upgrades?
these are things that will make a system perform differently. i hope this helps
