Stereo power lock problems

And you're 1000000% sure the radio/lock/backup fuses are good? There are times where the "H" fuse LOOKS ok but in reality there is a small crack at one of the sides. They don't all look like this when they blow! I would swap the fuse with you know is working and see if anything lights up. Does your clock turn on/retain the time?(Doesn't reset to 12:00 every time the car starts)

I'm positive I even tried a spare fuse. As far as the clock, there is only the one on the stereo deck which does not turn on at this point.
