Default Stereo installation

Hey guys, I just installed a new deck in my 2002 accord. I just want to know were a suitable ground would be. I installed it using one of those wiring harness but when I connect the deck ground wire to the harness ground wire it makes a whistleing sound when I accelerate. So I belief I need to find a better ground. So does anyone know where I can ground it??

Well, if it works then you had to have it grounded... you can usually just use the ones in the factory harness (like you probably did).
