Anyone know the maximum speaker depth for a 2000 civic 4dr? Im thinking of picking up Infinity Kappa 63.7i for the front and the 693.7i for the rear. Crutchfield says they wont fit but im sure I can get the rears to fit but im not to sure about the front. Thanks.

 

Crutchfield says that they won't fit without modification.

You'll either have to cut the "basket" out to get them to fit, or, build trim rings to space them out to clear the window... But build the rings too thick and space the speakers out too far, and the factory grilles won't go back on.
