Default Speaker Connects

How important are ring terminals, spade, female, ect. connectors when it comes to hooking up my speaker wire to my amp and speakers. Do i need to find some high quality ones or will standard ones be just the same?

thanks

A good quality, "ordinary" connector from someone like PICO will do just fine, more often then not, it is better quality then that "gold" stuff you pay an arm and a leg for, [there is not enough gold in them to short circuit the dynamo on a firefly's ***].

The trick with connectors is to have the right one for the connection you are making, both in type and wire/stud size and solder it to the wire/cable. 94

Try and use the the least amount as possible just connect wires straight to an amp as any added connecter adds resistance but things like earth connections to chassis might not be possible.
