Default who makes "snap on, snap off" steering wheels?

has any one seen those steering wheels that snap on and off so CAR THEVIES, Cant steal ur car. its like tenk Q or something!

so then when you snap your steering wheel off and take it with you, they just snap theirs on and take your car

i have seen theese in a summit cataloge. it has it's own hub adaptor so you cant just snaop any wheel back on. they were designed for hotrods origionally and i am not sure how well they work.
