It's all (way) lower end stuff. You'll also need a headunit (and related accessories, including a wiring harness adapter and the dash adapter kit). Or a line-converter.
That box is a little too small for the sub you want. The 10c104 wants 1-2.4 cubic feet, the box you have listed is .85 cubic feet. There are subs designed to work in smaller spaces (like the box you have posted) or larger boxes. It is unlikely to damage the sub, but it won't allow the sub to perfect to its peak ability.
Unless you are getting a great deal on that amp, I'd look elsewhere. Kenwood amps are so-so quality, and I doubt this one puts out anywhere near 500 RMS bridged. I'm willing to bet it's closer to 300rms bridged. That being said, your subs max power is 150 wrms so that's fair.
Personal preference: I would rather use 4-gauge wire to install an amp. Leaves you room to expand in the future without ripping out the old wire. 8 gauge is pretty dinky, especially considering the wire in that kit is probably closer to 10 gauge.
If you're just looking to add some bass to a system (as it appears to me), I would look at a different setup. Or perhaps consider buying components used. 250$ is a bit on the low side as far as budgets go.
What are your goals with this build? Hard to know if it'll fit your needs without knowing how loud you want to get, what sound quality you wish to maintain, ect.

I just want to feel the bass not rattle my mirrors off.
Well if thats the case with my whole items list would it just be better to go with one of those sub packages with an amp provided OR even a bass tube with amp encased??
Yea i think people will notice my si after christmas regardless. Its getting new paint and hopefully Teins depending on how much I spend for christmas gifts haha (I'm a miser)

If all you want to do is add some bass, then a "bass tube" or "sub package", [all in one] is the way to go, simple and easy to install and it will have a LOC built in, [if using stock HU]. 94
