Default Repairing Sub

I have an Infinity sub and noticed it was starting to sound like something was rattling. I got to looking and the rubber surround part was coming off of the cone. You could pull it back for an inch or two. That seems to be the problem here. Can you fix this? Would putting super glue on it work? Or is this just worth getting a new sub?

It can be repaired, but not with superglue, you will need something like this... http://www.mgchemicals.com/products/8337.html 94
