Remote start

Honda civic 2009, when i use a remote start to start the car it only works for 5 seconds and shut off , it tries 3 times and after the third attempts it stop trying to restart

Take it back to the shop/person who did the installation. Either the options need to be enabled or wiring needs to be looked at.

SOunds like not enough time for the fuel pump delay to prime. Return to installer and re-program
